Getting started is easy! Simply fill out the form on the left and we will schedule an intro! Once your intro is done, we have a 3 class trial that can be purchased at the time of the intro. Once you complete your trail we go over membership options and get started in our on-boarding program.

What is Muay Thai? Muay Thai is Thailand’s national sport, and often referred to as the Art of 8 limbs. Muay Thai utilizes punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and an upper body grapple. Muay Thai is one of the fastest growing sports in the world and one of the most exciting to watch.

Can I Only come To Sparring? No.

Can I come in and hit the bag? Yes, while our program is comprised of group classes, we have open mat for members where they can hit a bag or hold pads for each other though.

Am I going to get beat up? No our group classes are minimal contact, you must be invited to sparring, even then it isn’t required. You do NOT have to spar or fight to train with us.

I am a Fighter, Can I join the competition team? Yes, but you must follow the same process as everyone else. Come in take class and assimilate into our community.

What are your prices? We have multiple price options ranging from $139-$169 a month.

Do I have to sign a contract? No, we have month to month options as well as a 12 month agreement.

I want to fight? Show us, don’t tell us. Show up and put in the work!

I train at another gym, I just need sparring, can I cross-train?  No. We only want people that want to be invested in our program and gym community.

I have a fight in 3 weeks, can you get me in shape? No

Do I have to fight? No, you will never be pressured into competition, we have plenty of members that have no interest in stepping into the ring.

Do I have to spar? No, sparring is not a requirement.

I trained at another gym, can I go straight to the advanced class? No, we require everyone follow the same process and start in the foundations and all levels class, if you’re experienced it wont take long before you’re invited to advanced class.

Do you train UFC? Nope! Shirts on guys.

I just want to hit pads, can I just do privates? Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we currently do not offer private lessons to non-members.
